Phoenix Men Too Horny, San Jose Best For Single Women

Thanks to Facebook’s laissez-faire attitude towards personal privacy, we’ve researched single people in the largest 12 US cities (by population). All the data in this post relates to Facebook users who are 18-40 years old, single, and interested in the opposite sex.

Let’s start with absolute numbers of singles in each city, by sex:

No real surprises there – the bigger cities have more singles, and more men are willing to state ‘single’ on their Facecbook profiles than women. Now, being single is one thing, but let’s face it, it’s all about sex at the end of the day. So, what about singles who have explicitly listed ‘sex’ as one of their ‘likes’?

Relative to its size (though who says size matters?), Philadelphia singles are looking pretty horny. More interesting, however, is the ratio between single men and women in each city.

We can now see that a single woman in San Jose gets the best deal: there are three single men to every woman in this city. In terms of horny singles, being a horny man in Phoenix is not great: there are almost 2.5 horny men for every horny woman. Single guys – horny or not – should head to Dallas, which has the most even ratio of single men to single women.
